What's the process of samples?
1. Please confirm model, color, flavor, nicotine, quantity.
2. Samples logo: No logo or default brand logo.
3. Samples cost: free of charge.
4. Shipping cost: bear by client.
5. Production time: within one week.
6. Make sure you can handle customs clearance (for some countries).
What's the process of mass order?
1. Please confirm model, color, flavor, nicotine, quantity.
2. We will send you die cut files, so your designer can design your package. We will send you package samples before mass production.
3. Payment term: 40% deposit + 60% balance before shipping.
4. Production time: 15 working days after we get your deposit and confirm all customized design files.
5. We will keep you posted on the production process every day.
What details of OEM can we customize for you?
1. Flavors: You can choose flavors from our flavor list, or you can customize any flavors you want. We work with top e-juice manufacturers in China with full certificates. We don't stock e-juice; we source from them after you confirm the order to make sure the flavor is pure.
2. Vape Stick: The minimum order of OEM is 2,000 pcs of each flavor, where you can choose different colors corresponding with every different flavor.
3. Packaging: Candy bag + individual box + display box + outer carton (10 pcs individual box in one display box, 400/300pcs in one outer carton).
Can I fill my own e-liquid?
Yes, you can choose from two solutions:
Solution 1: Ship your e-juice to China and fill in our factory. We will help to confirm details with you before shipping regarding import regulations and custom clearance processes.
Solution 2: We ship you empty devices and you fill them at your location. We will assist you by providing the operation process of machines, assembly guides (step by step), quality testing guides, and support to resolve any production line issues.
How do we pack and ship your goods?
1. Candy bag is used to reduce leaking rates during long-time transportation.
2. Individual boxes.
3. Display box with tear line and heat shrink film to avoid dampness and damage.
4. Outer carton: 5-layer corrugated box. For wet areas, goods will be packed with a PE bag or heat shrink film to prevent dampness.
5. Shipping labels: Every carton has at least 2 upside labels. For large quantity orders, we offer free pallet shipping for easy loading and unloading.
Do you have TPD (for the European market)?
1. Some of our models already have TPD certificates. However, TPD requires registration for each flavor and each vape pod for each brand. Since 99% of our orders are OEM customer brands with different package and nicotine requirements, we help you apply for TPD in your country under your company's name after the order is confirmed.
