A1: Simply notify us of the model, color, and battery capacity required. We will then issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your review and confirmation. Following payment, goods are prepared and shipped.
A2: Standard order processing and dispatch take between 3 to 7 business days following the successful receipt of your payment.
A3: We provide a comprehensive 3-month warranty for both the atomizers and the box mods starting from the date of receipt.
A4: In the event of receiving damaged merchandise, please send us pictures or video evidence for verification. Once confirmed, replacement units of the same product will be sent to you.
A5: Yes, OEM projects are fully supported. Customizations include product colors, brand logos, and packaging styles. A minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required for OEM orders.
