After receiving the client's deposit, capsule samples, and film, the machine will be completed within 50 working days.
Clients pay a 30% deposit of the total purchase order amount to start production. Once the machine is finished, clients are invited to test the machine in our factory. After successful testing and verification, the remaining 70% of the total amount must be paid prior to shipping.
We use standard export wooden boxes to package the machinery, preventing corrosion and damage during transportation. Shipment is handled through Shanghai port.
We supply training and testing inside our factory, alongside operation manuals and installation/operation videos. If required, engineers can be sent overseas for on-site support (subject to a daily service rate of 300 USD plus travel expenses and accommodation). 24-hour online support is also provided.
