We adopt high-precision fiber laser cutting machines, which are precisely controlled by computer numerical control systems (CNC). Equipment advantages: The cutting surface is smooth without burrs, with precision reaching the millimeter level, and it can efficiently process various metal plates. This not only lays a perfect foundation for subsequent processes, but also greatly enhances material utilization and production flexibility.
We have equipped multiple high-performance six-axis industrial robot welding arms, achieving full automation of the welding process. Equipment advantages: Robot welding ensures uniform and consistent weld seams and reliable penetration depth, completely eliminating the quality fluctuations that may occur in manual welding. It not only significantly enhances the strength and durability of structural components, but also ensures the outstanding stability and safety of the product.
After welding, we use an efficient new type of welding machine to carry out necessary repair welding and correction. Subsequently, the weld seams are finely processed through professional grinding equipment to ensure a smooth and flat surface. Process advantage: This stage focuses on eliminating manufacturing marks and making full preparations for the next surface spraying step, which is a key step to demonstrate the craftsmanship of the product.
We have a fully automated spraying production line that integrates pretreatment, electrostatic spraying and uniform baking. Process advantages: Automated spraying ensures uniform coating thickness, strong adhesion and consistent color. It not only offers outstanding anti-corrosion, wear-resistant and weather-resistant properties, but also endows the product with a beautiful and long-lasting appearance and texture.
The final product is completed in a scientific assembly line workshop. The workstations are reasonably set up and the material distribution is smooth.
